There has been a lack of updates on my website lately. Life has me busy but here is a quick update on recent events.
My XBox 360 died but luckily is still under warrenty and hopefully microsoft will fix it and get it back to me soon.
I finally got a WII, but haven't played it in awhile. Why? Because I enjoy it until I was basically slapped in the face by it. I was playing every other day and getting into the daily age test in Wii Sports. A few weeks back I got on to play and was not doing well at any of the sports in Wii sports. I played a quick game of baseball and after 3 innings I found I was losing 0-6 in the top of the third inning (there are only 3 inning in wii sports baseball), I ended up coming back with 3 homeruns and a bunch of doubles. When the computer got up to bat it was 7-6, and I just had to hold them from scoring. Well I did, 3 strike outs in a row. I can't tell you the feeling of accomplishment I had, it was a good feeling. Wii sports give you points that level you up as you play the different sports. Normally you get from 75 to -75 point based on how you did. I don't have a ton of points in any sport except boxing but figured with my come back win I would get some good points for the win. Nope, I got -74 points, WTF? I realize I didn't play perfect but I didn't give up, and I came back to win... What does this teach a kid playing the game, sure winning isn't everyting but if you start out bad you should just give up? I have not played my wii sports since, have only played some virtual games and the new paper mario. Posted my experience to the wii forums and most people couldn't really explain why I was punished so much for the game, other then I didn't do well in the first two innings.
World of Warcraft, took a few weeks off of wow in hopes of getting things around my house more stable. The plan didn't work so I am back playing.
DroppedAtBirth.com 5.0, I have been developing a new website for awhile now and have recently re-evaluated the design of the site. A new site is coming soon.
This year has been a bad year, nothing is going right. Can't seem to have a quit week of no problems, issues, etc...
